Here’s one of the foods I rarely have, but brings back many memories. I don’t remember having cereal for breakfast growing up, ever. My mom insisted that breakfast was the most important meal of the day, so she made sure we had a good meal every morning. Pancakes were one of my favorites.
This is the easiest recipe, so if you ever crave pancakes there is no reason to run out and get Aunt Jemima’s pancake box (get the syrup though.. although bad for you – I really can’t avoid it.) Mix 1/3 of milk, 1/3 cup of flour, an egg and a spoonful of butter. And DONE!
I added some strawberries, papaya and mint to spice them up!
